hi` i am a fun chatter of internet relay chat or commonly known as IRC... i happened to have a channel in this said system yet im still not satisfied from it.my channel which is the #react has a purmpose and aim which is to extend communication assistance and to help foster closer relationship among chatters al over the world of course iwth the help of "NET".Therefore i would like to be an IRC cop for me to be able to handle my channel carefully and for me to apply the proper "netiquette" and to help those other channel from chatters who keeps on massbanning,flooding and etc...im willing to commit for any responsibilities i might have:)

Now, I think what you are asking is to become an IRCOp on CAIRC so that when people in your area get banned for flooding/etc, you can unban them.
This isn't going to happen. We currently do not need any more opers and when we do need more - we will ask the people we feel have the potential to be great opers here.
As for people getting banned for flooding and such - email irc@cyberarmy.net and supply us the IPs and what the ban message was.
