right i try to log in and my password or username invalid, so i click on 'forgot password', and my email is not recognised, so i decide to set up a new account but i cant because i already have an account with that email address, now im confused can anybody help me out here please HOAX5000

make sure to use your private email to retrive your password, i.e. the email you used to register your account.
