inscriptions problem

I've this message when i try to register me :
"Someone just registred with these informations.
If it was you, please check your email for your confirmation code.
If not, try again with another nickname."

I've try lot of nickname or e-mail, del my cookies, but the same message come back again. Perhaps because i'm french, and i understand nothing to nothing ?
