I cannot browse by I.P. because it redirects into the DNS. I can't browse by DNS because CA has the keyword meta tag "Hacking" which perhaps could be removed....But in the mean time I am open to any ideas. Proxys are not an option here, the filter is hardware based the only way to fool it is to go around the DNS server unless someone else has an idea. Thanks in Advance!!
