Network Proxy Server Finder

Need help on this one, I'm connected to a network here in my office, everything is ristricted we cant even browse websites , but some of my officemates have access, the told me that theres a proxy server connected to the network that they user to gain full internet access, I need to know how to find it because when i checked the entire network there are thousands of servers available and I dont know which one has a full access, is there any program that will automatically search for PROXY servers (ISA SERVER) with full internet access?
