failed signup

When I first submitted the registration form I received a 500:Internal Server Error.

Now when I try to signup with the name: Zyphern and email Zyphern (at) gmail (daught) com it says someone has recently signed up with this info, however I have received no email.

If someone could help me get registered thatd be great.
