  Gamma Maj pixel kayzer, We've been going through some rehashing of late. Depending on individual Brigade needs and goals, depends on what's been done, and what's going to happen in the future. It's natural to be concerned about being removed from a Brigade, but as int16h said, there have been posts with details of what/why is going to be happening, and what you can do to contribute to the new structure of things. It's absolutely nothing personal, and there's plenty you can be part of here as long as you follow the requirements set out for each project. The good thing about being part of projects is that you're not at all limited at how many you can join, or participate in actively. It's very grassroots community driven, and so I hope you'll take another look at what's available and decide where your interests are. :)
