  • Your 'editor' settings for internet explorer or firefox may be set to something that isn't working (for example, if you recently installed then uninstalled dreamweaver) so it wouldn't load. Tools -> Options -> Programs or something to fix this.
  • Try putting "view-source:http://www.website.net" in your address bar and see if that works instead.
  • If none of this works, and you're desperate:
    • Start -> run -> cmd.exe
    • telnet www.website.com 80
    • it'll connect -> then type 'GET / HTTP/1.0' and hit enter twice.
One of them will work.
