mmm perhaps if i make a backup of the SAM file and then modifie it with the Live Linux? I will have local admin access but not NetWork Admin access, from there I'll have to find a way to hack the server and take off that filter away. >< I 'm not good enough to do that I think (but i'll keep trying i think).

For the command stuff it is blocked. I'll will try to take command.com and copy it in their computer, I hope it'll work since I can't run .bat stuff ><.
And i don't know much batch programming (little stuff like : browsing directory, delete, copy, ...).
