my cgi-proxy wont work |

i paid for webhosting and my this hosting for some reason has a problem with nph and i dont know what it is when i try to acess my proxy that i set up i get a cannot find server and if i take out the world nph from the name of the file i get a interal 500 error can someone help? Replies:
