First and foremost, all feedback is welcomed and encouraged. Many great ideas, as well as corrections to CA and general information has been received through the Feedback form. It has paid for itself time and time again.

Second, we occassionally receive feedback anonymously requesting further contact. If you leave feedback and expect a direct response, you must leave contact information. Submitting your feedback as anonymous prevents us from directly identifying you. Sometimes, guests visit the site. They too need to leave an email address if further contact is expected or required.
