Ret. Gen D-Cypell

When requesting support in a case where what you expected to happen didnt happen, explain what happened instead. "it wont let me register"... what does this mean? Did it give you any message? What happened.

Sometimes at work I am called on to do customer support. We occasionally get emails that read "I just got an error". Those are the people that never hear from us again.
