I don't understand my problem.

I joined Cyberarmy last week, with the nickname "omega". I carefully noted my password.

Today, I tried to log in and it failed (no caps lock, no changing of keyboard, etc...). I tried to reset my password, and my pair login/email is said to be invalid. What is the matter?
