Ker Hisim

http://irc.cyberarmy.net is randomly pointing to one of the public cairc servers. It is used to distribute the users to the servers. The site you looked at was on my server. I have put up a page explaining this and where to look for more information on the cairc network (/irc/), which should be online in a few minutes.
