Gen decoder

irc.cyberarmy.net is a DNS pool which randomly resolves to one of the IRC server IP adresses... the site you got is the one hosted on pi.cyberarmy.net... we put up another site now to avoid confusion. The CAIRC site can be found at www.cairc.net
