Well, I don't know exactly what OS your on... should be the same from DOS... not sure (never used PGP on win32) but for me the command, if you have already generated a key pair is as follows:

cd ~
cd .pgp/
pgp -kxa "Harlen R. Compton <harurenu@insightbb.com>" CyberArmy
gedit CyberArmy.asc

This will most likely need adjusting for your system, but there is the basic idea; you probably already figured it out, but just thought I'd throw in my two bits.
