Invalid cookie

Tr icarus946

Everytime I log into my account on caIRC, the page auto refreshes and says in the top right corner(where my Username was) "you have an invalid cookie" and CLICK HERE which is a hyperlink which takes me back to the log in screen. so i log in and the cycle starts again, rinse and repeat. also when i open up IRC and log on and try to join #cyberArmy channel it says i need a registered nick. these may be total newb problems but i am a IRC newb so please help me:)
