Read this above post http://www.cyberarmy.com/forum/help/messages/126292.html by ViceCinC wa1800z. This is definitely the explanation as to why you didn't receive a confirmation email. I'll bring this to his attention though for the people who have pseudo accounts created but don't have the ability to confirm them and login.
