and i think that i got the solution for it too.

As part of user security, i think that you can only be logged in from one location at a time. Thus, if your IP address changed, your location has also "changed". This will be in effect on your machine until the session times out, or if you login with safe session.

This feature is very much the same as most administration features of most sites.
