video card questions |

![]() ![]() Beta LtKer silverknight I have a Dell I5150 with a nVIDIA GeForce FX Go5200 32MB card. I was curious on how to tell how much I can do as far as overclocking it. I learned how to do it on my computer because of Google but scared of long term effects or rather quick ones such as it over heating... How can I determine whats too much for the system? Do I d/l a program to keep the temp on the video card and processor so I can make sure its not over heating? It has a test feature; do I just keep testing until something goes bad and go down from there. ;p Or would it be worth buying a 64mb(the highest mine can go up with driver mods and .inf configs) for $40-$60 and installing that? I'd rather not buy a new gfx card for a "older" computer.. Basically the problem is a game Im running requirements are for a 32mb, however when multiple people are online at the same time - say...25-50 people/creatures are on the screen at a time it lags really bad. I dont think its my internet connection and would only think its my gfx card... Any suggestions? Thanks Replies:
