about how old is the machine say like a clone or a brand name pc?
clone means custom built. brand means built by Dell IBM ect.
the memory ammount of the memory on the motherboard processor speed and processor type would aslo have something to do with the problem.
because sometimes not enough memory will cause a dump and random reboot.

Also has problems with Lite-On CD-RW drive, I'm very suspicious that CD optical drive performance somehow messes up to that random reboot. My BIOS is Award Modular, don't think it's the cause. I noticed that these 3 instances of random reboot took place when my TV tuner was on, could that device be the source of problem?
