I'm not sure about D-Link, but I know linksys routers generally have a nice easy DMZ Host setting you can configure to your internal IP. Basically, DMZ will put your comptuer beyond the router... which means you lose any firewall that the router had or whatever. Be careful.

I also believe you can try Port Triggering to work your game.
