Network Card Trouble

2nd Lt Gangstar

I recently bought network cards for both my PC's, both of the cards have WON cables but neither of my PC's have any ports to plug them into. They both have Asus A7A266-E Motherboards. Does anyone know if there are ports to plug into, and/or if you are required to plug them in?
