![]() Tr Prophet 618 The first thing that I did was open it up and make sure everything was in there tightly. As far as I could tell it was all a-okay, and it still does the same thing after I tried to tighten them a bit more. As for the rest, there were never any error messages before the restarts. I don't think I have all the specs for my comp anymore, I think I lost them when I last moved (that goes for the manual you mentioned in your last post, too unforunately). I do know that it was a Pentium III 1.2ghz, 512mb RAM, and a 60g hard drive (don't remember the manufacturer), and it was running Windows XP. As for other software, Norton everything but Firewall, and some games that had been on it for a while with no problems. Now, as for the overheating thing, I used to have my comp on for weeks at a time, but that was a while ago, and I had stopped doing so for quite awhile before these problems. Thanks for all the help so far, if you think of anything else, please let me know. I'll be sure to post my specs if I can find my documentation or get Dell to send me a new one.
