Are you using PC-2700 DDR-RAM? Are you using an MSI board? If you are using DDR-333 and its an MSI board, clear the BIOS, boot up the pc and set the DDR frequency to 133MHZ (266) or 150MHZ (300). I had that problem once, I tried some cooling with copper heatsinks on the RAM but it persisted and it runs OK on other boards, otherwise, its the RAM's problem, not the board. Replies:
