Well, several weeks have passed and I have not gotten a reply or an answer. So I'm just trying again, maybe it was just overlooked...=)

Please help me with this one. I just ordered some new computer parts, a new motherboard (KT2 Combo) a CPU (AMD XP 2200+) and a fan. I've installed everything properly but the computer still hangs on the "Checking NVRAM". I can't get into the BIOS or anything, because the computer freezes before the keyboard is activated. I have checked the 6 volt capicitor next to the CPU and it is OK. I have also removed everything from the PCI slots. At first I though that the power supply was too small and that the computer was not getting enough power, but I don't think that's the case.

If anybody have any ideas or any information that might help, please don't hesitate to contact me or reply to this post...

Peace...
