"I had the same problem, the worst thing that I experienced was that I reinstalled the Windows 98SE and the card worked fine, then I found some info in the nVidia web page, I read that I have set the "Assign IRQ to VGA" in the BIOS options to "Enabled", there is more info the nVidia FAQ, I reinstalled Windows XP pro and then the card worked fine. P.S. I installed the latest nVidia driver"
