I jus pruchased a new notebook and thought I would share my experience.

After alot of research in all the major brands for performance, reliablity and price. I found that Dell was the winner by far.

I got a Dell 8500 P4-M/2.4G 1G Ram, 60G Hd, widescreen, DVD+RW, firewire, 64Mg video. and all the little extras. the price was about 500-1000 dollars Aust. cheaper than the same specs on other makes.

I has seen alot of notebook machine throughmy office and personnal think the Dell have the best option.
