hardware%xp messup

i own nVIDIA riva TNT2 M64 with 32mb and on that comp. i have winXP
everithing was working just fine until one day when i started some 3D games and i got a error at each saing:"error:there is no direct3 device"so i checked the vga at the device manager and i saw that i suddnly have no drivers for that vga so i downlowed the newest drivers from nVIDIA.com and i tried to install them but after the installation i got next message:"this device cannot start(code 10).

please help quick!!!
