Sounds like a nice idea :)

The CPU would have to be totally enclosed for it to work properly, and all the pressure would have to be worked out properly.

The thermal battery idea sounds pretty sweet, but the tea/coffee maker sounds even better! :)

The only downside is that someone may take the kit apart to drink the alcohol.

Also, the CPU would need to be totally enclosed and sealed so that the alcohol and steam wouldn't damage any components.

Another suggestion would be using inert substances such as freon (freon is used to cool supercomputers ala the Cray XMP-1).
