Two Soundcards in One PC

Hi ,

My Name is Manav, I am from India, and i am a DJ, I want to do my work with PC . The Problem in I have Windows 98 Installed and having onboard Sound Card Installed , i want to configured one More Sound Card in my PC for the Software like Atomix MP3 and Traktor DJ, the Problem in i've tried for Second Sound Card with my own. What the Problem i faced that Both of the Soundcards installed Properly but when i use my Atomix MP3 only voice comes from the first Installed Sound Card. Please Please Help me in How to installed Second Sound Card and how to configured it.
