I plan to put a steam engine inside a PC

we started looking for a cooler for use when ambient temperature is high (35-55C), the only solution I can find is using "Steam"

If the CPU is immersed in alcohol then the temperature cannot rise above the boiling point of that alcohol, heat from the CPU will cause the alcohol to boil, producing "Steam", we can carry the steam away from the CPU using a pipe/tube, and condense it back into alcohol outside of the Case - or at the back of the system.

does anyone have a model steam engine to rip apart ?

"Steam Cooled CPU's" would be quiet, and efficient in hot countries, the waste heat could be used to make Tea - "Steam Cooled PC-TeaMaker", or coffee "Steam Cooled Linux Coffeepot", the heat generated by a modern CPU could be collected from all the PC's in an office, and collected to drive thermal batteries to power office PC's and lighting ?
