08-11: Article Submission System
Icklenewt has finished the ‘Article Submission System', which is a virtual library system that allows users to upload, edit, search for and read articles. It will be beta tested by Staff before being made available to the community.

12-11: / files notice
Condor191 noted that a CyberArmy member had tried to upload copyrighted material onto the /files system. He asked the other Staff members to check if material was copyrighted before authorizing it to be placed on /files.

Please note: uploading copyrighted material onto /files is not allowed. Staff is reviewing all materials and sanctions will be taken against members who upload copyrighted material.

14-11: Privacy Commission, Project Honeypot and public relations
Fu pointed out two posts on the Privacy Commission Members' Forum to Staff where a proposal by Auzzie regarding Project Honeypot and Public Relations activities was being discussed. Although the idea was hardly discussed on the Staff Forum, it looked very promising and is certainly going to be followed up.

17-11: CyberArmy Programming Contest
Staff discussed what kinds of prizes could be made available to the winner(s) of sefo's ‘CyberArmy Programming Contest'. Nothing has been finalized, but prizes mentioned include: a promotion up the SERED scale, or an old school forum badge or higher access in #cyberarmy on IRC. Whatever is eventually decided on, it's certainly going to be worthwhile!

25-11: CyberArmy's development server offline
ctroc.cyberarmy.net, CyberArmy's development server, provided by Scanjack, is slowly going offline. The server is used by the Dinah coders to develop new modules and patches. All development activities will be moved to a different server, most likely provided by Fu.

29-11: hosting payments
SHEPHERD noticed that the Treasury balance was rather low and that the monthly hosting bill would be coming in soon. Several Staff members pledged donations to the Treasury in order to pay for next month's hosting. Staff would also like to call upon members who have a small amount to spare to donate to CyberArmy. All donations, however small, are more than welcome.
