The current highlights of the new site are the news feeds from the EFF, Privacy.org, SlashDot and zZine, but the site also contains articles written for CPC, as well as privacy related downloads. Along with the site came the release of two projects from the CPC Special Projects group headed by Maj. Zaydana.

The projects released by CPC are Project Gate and Project Spyder. Project Gate is a PHP SFTP/FTP client, currently at version 0.1, with users being able to download, upload, and browse FTP servers using the client. Project Spyder is a PHP library aimed at making creation of secure applications easier. At the present moment, version 0.2 is a data abstraction layer only, but lead developer Zaydana promises a complete API for PHP in version 0.5. Both projects are available for download (complete with documentation) from the CPC website here.

Thanks must go out to Ker. Sorcer, Lt. Comet, LtKer. Harurenu and LtKer. Fu for their work on the website. It was a job well done by all. The site will be the starting point for what we all hope is a revival of CPC, with continued releases of projects, articles, and tutorials for the public.
