| | Body | For starters I would like to say that we are a brigade with almost
a handfull of people. We have as theabyss has stated complex real lives
that needs attention as well. We are not bots just sitting there.
Well, that was ment to those people who wondered what the h*** we were
doing.
We are currently working hard on the new CAER site, its design is definatly
looking much better. We have now transferred the mySQL user database across
to the new server, and are currently working on getting the user administration
file to interact flawlessly with it. Goldfish is currently wotking hard on fixing
the exploit/vulnerability database (e/v.db). Due to the source of our database
changing its formats, we have had to update all our scripts to suit this new
format. In cooperation with the e/v.db we will have a bot named Oranga which
will make it possible to get right into tthe new exploits/vulnerabilities in
our irc channel. The top50 is being reconfigured to suit in at the new host,
but this are being changed as soon as our new host comes fully up. Mercurus
is currently working on a new vote script. Now the boards are one of the easy
things making works on the new site, but due to heav demand for top50 and
e/v.db that is where the work is being done.
Nowadays we feel our staff is a little bit to thin. We are about 10 active
people in the brigade. So we would like to encourage all the people who
find computer security interesting to take a look at our avaible positions.
