After downloading the newest version of the infamous Windows tool "Nuke it!" you can see what I mean. Not only can you blast your enemies with thousands upon thousands of fragmented ICMP packets? you can make them appear to be sourced from the White House convincing your victim that the president personally has taken upon himself to make their online existence hell.
Realistically this may not be a problem to your average John or his 14 year old MSN crazed son, but to large websites it does pose somewhat of a large threat.
Just imagine an angry CyberArmy member looking for a way to get back at "the evil that is Eliza", well all he needs to do is to trick a couple of his friends, some of whom have cable, to install the newest app he's 'made'. Imagine him now taking control of about 100 pc's running Windows XP on cable or equally speedy connections. Now imagine all those PC's bombarding CyberArmy.com with millions of useless data bits, eventually bringing the site down to a crawl? if not a halt (you do the math ;)).
Well there' nothing we can do about it since Microsoft is set on implementing its newest 'feature'. Well you can always pray?
