Changing of the Guard at CyberArmy
CinC snarkles has stepped down to become CinC Advisor snarkles. After being named as her replacement, CinC Condor191 steps up to the controls of CyberArmy.
Condor191 comes to the position of CinC with a long background of service to CyberArmy. He joined CyberArmy just after the formation of the brigades. He served as a top sub-brigade C/O of Ready Response before moving to CA-IRC. He later served as the C/O of CA_IRC. Condor191 has been a long time IRC Network Administrator and Operator. As a staff member, he served as a Brigade Coordinator and in the Staff Training program. He has been an active staff member in the community, and has participated in real world CyberArmy gatherings.

First CinC Action
One of CinC Condor191's first public actions has been to announce that Kernels Anvar and Fu have been promoted to full staff members after completing the Staff Training program.

OSI Changes as Well
Over at Open Source Institute, Barnseyboy has stepped down as as C/O of OSI and retired as ViceCinC. Kernel w0lf has been named C/O of OSI.

Retirement
Ker BlackOpz has retired after 6 years of service to CyberArmy. BlackOpz will spend time focusing more on a new baby in the family.

Un-Retirements
Scanjack and Ikioi both unretired this month. Scanjack has become CinC Advisor, and will be working with Executive Staff. Ikioi returns as Marshal, and has taken the C/O position of a new group called CyberArmy Publicity Projects in the CA-SAS brigade.

The New Tools
Pengo Releases Source Code to CyberArmy
CyberArmy's one and only Ret. Founder Pengo has released both 1999 and 2000 archive copies of CyberArmy, and they have been added to CA Files here. This code includes Zebulun, and was quickly snatched up by members. Nearly as quickly, it was detected that some of the old CyberArmy files showed up a trojans on virus scanners. While there is no evidence that the code was dangerous to members, the offending files were removed from the archives and the archive was reuploaded.

Mar Ikioi has introduced free hosting for all CyberArmy members via a signup form. He announced also that an upcoming feature will give higher ranks more space, and brigade members a 5MB storage bonus over non-brigade members.

CAUnreal 3.2.3 IRCd release/betatest
