The Yellow-Green division examines and reports on privacy threats throughout the Internet, such as Project Carnivore, Echelon, and proprietary privacy encroachment. It also maintains CyberArmy's own privacy safeguards. It takes action to shut down abusers of privacy.

The Echelon Watchers division examines and reports on privacy threats throughout the Internet,and proprietary privacy encroachment. It also maintains CyberArmy's safeguard. It will educate people all over the internet about the Govermental Project Echelon.
Echelon Watchers Sub-Groups:
Echelon Trackers ? C/O Maj. Artiface[/b]
This group will gather all information available on Echelon. It will also track new Government rulings, papers, and press releases regarding Echelon.
Privacy Trackers ? C/O Cap. Scanjack
This group will deal with privacy concerns other than Echelon. Members will actively seek out and report on potential privacy infringements within the Internet, the Government and Elsewhere
Carnivore Watchers ? C/O LtKer. Intimidation
The Carnivore Watchers group will study and report any suspicious and informative facts and information about The Govermental Project Carnivore. It may also involve GSM security and phreaking issues.
Carnivore Watchers Sub-Groups:
ZSA Jr. ? C/O smokedawgy
ZSA Jr. will monitor and administer the lower boards so that the higher ranks can take care of more important issues. Members will be required to report possible cheaters to the C/O and recommend further action based on the message posted. In addition, a biweekly report to the C/O will be required to keep the C/O informed of what's going on. Only dedicated members need apply.
Phreak it HARDCORE! - C/O Cap. capinbob
Any and all information on Phreaking or any related activites should be reported to the C/O so that it can be forwarded up the chain.
Informative Soldiers ? C/O LtKer. Leopard
The Informative Soldiers division of the Privacy Commission are to educate people all around the world about the echelon and carnivore governemental projects that invade our everyday life privacy. This may involve contacting the press.
Informative Soldiers Sub-Groups:
Commercial Initiative ? C/O Cap. Wodan
This group is commissioned to watch any commercial developments that may endanger the privacy we enjoy on the internet. This group should consist of industrious workers who are prepared to undertake extensive research, and take assertive action.
Government Initiative ? C/O Cap. Carnage
This group is commissioned to watch the government actions (with emphasis on Echelon and Carnivore), and uncover any new moves, which should be brought into the public domain. This group does require diligent workers, who are prepared, and know how to take effective action against a government.
A lot of things have changed since then: PC is now CPC, it's pink instead of yellow-green, and there no longer is a ZSA period, let alone a ZSA Jr. ;)
