ViceCinC barnseyboy steps down as X/O of CyberArmy and C/O of OSI. Kernel w0lf will take the helm of OSI, while the ViceCinC slot remains vacant. Snarkles also informs Staff that she will be stepping down, and nominates a candidate for CinC.
The Next CinC... (2005-10-11)
Snarkles announces Condor191 to be the next CinC of Cyberarmy.

After a brief staff vote, Scanjack is re-added to the active staff roster as a CinC Advisor.
New Promo Council Policies (2005-10-13)
DigitalDemon brings word from the BrigCs that Promo Council Policies have been updated. Some new stipulations have been introduced, including the following:
- A rank requirement for brigade representatives
- "2-strikes and you're out" rule regarding reps missing votes
- A standardized nomination form as a requirement
Staff Meeting Thursday 10/20/05 ...... (2005-10-13)
A staff meeting was scheduled for Thursday, but was cancelled due to inability to coordinate individual schedules. There will be another meeting (Kernels invited) in roughly 2 weeks.
CAU needs help converting a html file to CSS (2005-10-16)
adtrace requests help converting the Certifications design into CSS. A member from within CAU stepped up and helped out, but we're always looking for talented CSS/gfx folk. Contract outlaw/adtrace if you're interested in helping.

craytonic began a discussion about redesigning the current navbar on the site. Suggestions for new links included CA Store, Donations, About CyberArmy, MyCAMPSITE, Brigades, a new FAQ page, and others.
