first of all: great post! (Maybe it should be posted on the brigade forums, I just found it now.)

I agree with all points except the brigades structure. As I already mentioned several times I don't give a damn about brigade colors, because CA is project-based as far as I see. I have no problems lurking around with my white nick at the moment due to the cool projects I'm participating in. I like the way CAIS reorganised their structure. (Ofc, I'm ex-yellow ;x) They kicked everybody except the commanding staff. And the only way to get the yellow color back, without starting an own project, is just to contribute as much as you can to get recognized as as a hard-working member which deserve to sport a specific brigade color. Being in a brigade would be something special.

But you're right, it's just my opinion. Not sporting a color some members could feel excluded from the stuff that is really going on.

But I guess you made a great first step, Icy! Also when it's going to take some time there are some things that desperately need to be changed.
